I had been learning Dutch for quite a while—even earned my A2 diploma—but speaking still felt intimidating. That changed when I started lessons with Georgette. She somehow got me to actually start talking! Her classes are clear, supportive, and full of good energy. We laugh a lot too, which makes the learning process so much more enjoyable. She’s kind, patient, and really knows how to make you feel confident using Dutch in real life. I’m so grateful I found her!

Georgette heeft de klas, bestaande uit twee groepen met verschillende niveaus, uitstekend geleid. Georgette luistert geduldig, zelfs als de leerling langzaam praat.
Ik vind de lesmethode prettig. Iedereen praat tijdens de les.. De lessen zijn niet saai, ze zijn altijd leuk.
De communicatie binnen de groep was erg goed. Iedereen probeert elkaar te helpen.

Georgette has excellently led the class, which consists of two groups with different levels. Georgette listens patiently, even when the student speaks slowly. I find the teaching method pleasant. Everyone talks during the lesson. The lessons are not boring, they are always fun. The communication within the group was very good. Everyone tries to help each other.

Dankzij de lessen heb ik in tien maanden geleerd Nederlands te begrijpen, te spreken en te schrijven. Georgette is een uitstekende docente: zij is heel geduldig en legt alles duidelijk uit. Bovendien probeert ze altijd de lessen interessant en leuk te maken voor de cursisten. De sfeer tijdens de lessen was altijd prettig en stimulerend, waardoor ik me gemotiveerd voelde om door te gaan en steeds beter te worden.
Wat ik vooral waardeerde, is dat Georgette altijd persoonlijke aandacht gaf. Ze hield rekening met het tempo en de vragen van iedereen, en gaf praktische tips die ik meteen kon gebruiken in het dagelijks leven. Door haar enthousiasme en professionaliteit voelde ik mij zelfverzekerder om Nederlands te spreken, zowel in de klas als daarbuiten.
Ik ben heel blij dat ik deze cursus heb gevolgd en ik kan Georgette van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die Nederlands wil leren.

Thanks to the lessons, I learned to understand, speak, and write Dutch in ten months. Georgette is an excellent teacher: she is very patient and explains everything clearly. Moreover, she always tries to make the lessons interesting and enjoyable for the students. The atmosphere during the lessons was always pleasant and stimulating, which motivated me to keep going and improve. What I especially appreciated was that Georgette always provided personal attention. She accommodated everyone's pace and questions, and gave practical tips that I could immediately use in everyday life. Her enthusiasm and professionalism made me feel more confident speaking Dutch, both in the classroom and outside. I am very happy that I took this course and I highly recommend Georgette to anyone who wants to learn Dutch.
